How Diaspora House works

• The community organisers will select a property in a city, share the target price range, and call for commitments. The minimum buy-in amount is $5,000. As part of phase 1, community members can acquire multiple allocations of $5,000.
• We pool all the capital together and acquire the property outright through a company. All investors are shareholders of the company.
• We rent the property out for rental income to be distributed at the end of the year.
• Each investor will receive a return in USD proportionate to their investment. For example, if an investor invests $5,000 and receives a 10% return for the year, they will receive $500 at the end of the year.
