The apartment is situated on the 17th floor of the building and is prime for long-term and short term rentals. This will be our second and last property in Nairobi until we have excess demand. Diaspora house already owns a two-bedroom apartment in Wincherster Gardens, Riverside.

How Diaspora House works
- The community organisers will select a property in a city, share the target price range, and call for commitments. The minimum buy-in amount is $5,000. As part of phase 1, community members can acquire multiple allocations of $5,000.
- We pool all the capital together and acquire the property outright through a company. All investors are shareholders of the company.
- We rent the property out for rental income to be distributed at the end of the year.
- Each investor will receive a return in USD proportionate to their investment. For example, if an investor invests $5,000 and receives a 10% return for the year, they will receive $500 at the end of the year.
